SUMMER MISSIONARIES

Hello! My name is Baylee Hickok, and I am 17 years old. I am a student at McClain High School and attend Laurel Oaks Career Campus for Exercise Science. I attend Buckskin Community Church, where my dad serves as pastor.  I have a passion for sharing God’s Word with others, especially kids. I love serving through my church, youth group, and Mt. Hope Bible Camp. Last year, I had the opportunity to be a counselor, and it quickly became one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. It’s what led me to take the next step and apply to be a summer missionary.  Camp has had a huge impact on my life. It was there that I truly began to understand who God is to me and made the decision to give my life to Christ. I’m so excited to now help give others that same opportunity—to grow in their faith, build friendships, and experience the love of Jesus.  This summer, I will be serving as a summer missionary, and I can’t wait to see how God works through camp. I’m looking forward to pouring into campers and helping them take steps in their walk with Christ!
