There's something special about Mt. Hope Bible Camp. Maybe it's the focus on the Scripture or maybe it's the family-style meal-times. Perhaps it's the opportunity to share your testimony at Vespers each night or have cabins compete against each other by learning memory verses and playing games. Whatever sets it apart, one thing is for sure--God has blessed Mt. Hope Bible Camp and continues to do so. With that, this year, in 2016, we would like to start an annual tradition of hosting a homecoming weekend for all past and future staff to get together and praise God for the ministry.
When is the Homecoming Weekend?
Our first homecoming weekend will be held on the weekend of September 23-24, 2016. Registration will be between 6:00 - 7:00 pm on Friday evening and we will conclude with dinner on Saturday evening, ending approximately around 8:00 pm.
How much will the Homecoming Weekend cost?
The lodging and meals for the weekend will be $40 per person. Lodging will be limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
What is the schedule for the weekend?
A tentative schedule for the weekend can be found here. Our intent is to provide both--a look back to the past which are filled with memories, while also sharing our vision for the future. There will an opportunity to play some recreation, visit with friends, pray specifically for the camp board and watch some of our past puppet teams perform a skit for the children and much, much more.
